Emperor Pedro II of Brazil in 1862. He ruled Brazil for over 50 years. He was an intellectual and once said that if he wasn't born Emperor he would rather be a teacher. His friend, the French writer Victor Hugo, once called him great-grandson of Marcus Aurellius. (627x974).
