The Pentagon is unable to provide aid to Ukraine, hosts a meeting of 50 allies to support Kyiv

For the first time since Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin launched it, the U.S. will host a monthly gathering of 50 countries, in hopes of sending billions of dollars in aid to Kyiv.
