Oscar-winning Palestinian director Hamdan Ballal is attacked by Jewish settlers and arrested, activists say

Israeli settlers beat up one of the Palestinian co-directors of the Oscar-winning documentary film “No Other Land." He was then detained by the Israeli military in the occupied West Bank.
