Cannabis plans announced in Germany: Legal adult use expected by end of 2023

The hotly anticipated plans for cannabis legalisation in Germany have been announced today. Legalisation will take a two-phase approach, with home-growing and non-profit cannabis social clubs to be permitted by the end of the year, followed by a 5 year pilot of ‘specialist shops’.
