Labour defence secretary travels to Ukraine as govt pledges new supplies to Kyiv

Within 48 hours of being appointed, new Labour Defence Secretary John Healey has travelled to Odesa and pledged new military supplies to Ukraine. He has also indicated he will expedite previously announced aid.
