Zelenskyy says Russia 'destroyed everything' in Bakhmut

The eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut has been the site of fierce fighting between Ukrainian and Russian forces for months. A spokesperson for the Ukrainian president, however, said the city had not yet fallen to Russia.
