Belgium investigating Russian 'spy ship' in North Sea: 'Let's not be naive'

Belgium says it is looking into the presence of a Russian “spy ship” in the Belgian North Sea after the Netherlands announced Monday that a Russian vessel was targeting its infrastructure.
