Israel has offered ceasefire and hostage proposal to Hamas, says Biden

The first phase of the deal would be a six-week ceasefire, the second the return of remaining hostages from Gaza, and the third, and final stage, a reconstruction plan for Gaza, Joe Biden announced on Friday.
