Paris knife attacker had planned to target a Jewish site

Armand Rajabpour-Miyandoab was charged with terror offenses after killing one person and injuring two with a hammer and knife. He said he had initially considered carrying out his attack on a memorial garden near the Eiffel Tower in memory of Jewish children deported to Auschwitz.
