Alexei Navalny: Jailed Putin critic needs 'urgent medical assistance', Germany says

Mr Navalny says authorities deliberately infected him by placing a sick man next to him as a "biological weapon". He was previously poisoned with novichok before he was sentenced to nine years in jail last year.
