NATO chief says Russia can't 'wait out' alliance in Ukraine

NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has called for Kyiv's allies to maintain current levels of aid at a meeting in Prague. US Secretary of State Blinken also confirmed Washington authorized Ukraine to strike within Russia.
