Israel informs Arab states it wants buffer zone in post-war Gaza

In what will likely be a series of steps to ensure the lives of Israelis who would live in the Gaza border region after the war, Israel has notified its Arab neighbors it intends to erect a buffer zone on the Gaza border to help prevent further attacks and incursions into nearby local communities
