US announces $700 million in aid for Ukraine, Blinken says discussed delivery of long-range weapons

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday announced more than $700 million in support for Ukraine in its war against Russia as he visited Kyiv with his British counterpart David Lammy.
