Franciszek Jarecki (1931-2010) Polish pilot who escaped Soviet-controlled Poland to Danish island of Bornholm in his Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15 on 5 March 1953, coincidentally the day of Stalin's death. He was the first person to present a Mig-15 to the Americans. US, 1953.
