Raúl Pellegrin, a Chilean exile and guerrilla leader trained by the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces, who fought in Nicaragua, and illegally returned to Chile to fight the Pinochet regime. He was captured by Chilean authorities in 1988 and tortured to death. Circa 1984.
